What to expect

We proudly offer free previews during the creation of your Miniyou figurine. A preview photo of the raw head and bodies (for customized figurines) will be emailed to you within two weeks of your order for your approval. Amendments of the head such as modifying the eyes, nose, or mouth can be made during this time. A modified preview will be sent for your approval again after the changes have been made. No further changes can be made after the final approval has been confirmed. Modification requests made beyond the scope of the initial photograph provided may require a completely new figurine to be made and delay the completion and delivery date of the figurine.
