Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Your Miniyou Figurine requires 4-5 weeks to completed and shipped to your place of residence.   Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee on rush orders.  To ensure your figurine gets to you as quickly as possible, all our figurines are shipped out directly from our factory overseas.  As your figurine prefers to travel with the utmost safety and comfort in mind, it will be shipped out via Expresspost (EMS). The figurine is individually securely packed and customized figurines may require some minor assembly using the accompanying glue to attach to the base.  

A preview photo of the raw head and bodies (for customized figurines) are provided during the creating of your figurine.  It will be emailed to you within two weeks of your order for your approval. Amendments to the head such as modifying the eyes, nose, or mouth can be made during this time. A modified preview will be provided for your approval again after the changes have been made. Once the final approval of the head has been confirmed, no further changes to the figurine can be made.  Please note that modifications to the figurine may extend the production process and delay the delivery of your figurine.  Any modification requests made beyond the scope of the initial photograph that was provided may require a completely new figurine to be made and result in additional charges. 

Returns

All sales are final.  No refunds or credit may be granted.  If an error had occurred during the production process from our end, we will re-create the order.  

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made as the order will be immediately queued for production.  Please make ensure that you intend to purchase a figurine before committing to the order process.  Due to the customized nature of Miniyou's products, we are regretfully unable to offer refunds.  A remake of the figurine can only be granted if the figurine is broken or damaged during the shipping of the figurine. In the very rare occurrences that you receive a defective or damaged figurine, we will promptly investigate the situation and take appropriate measures to remedy the situation. Please follow the below guidelines to assist us in resolving the situation as quickly as possible.

What to do if you receive a damaged figurine upon delivery: 

Notify us by email (info@miniyou.ca) within 72 hours of receiving the items and attach detailed photos of the damaged product.  We will document the details of your order and assign a case number for investigation.  

We reserve the right to request that 100% of the damaged items be shipped back to us within 15 days of receiving your damaged figurine.
